Position Description

We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join an Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team in Brooklyn. In this onsite contract role, you’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, community-based care to individuals with serious mental health needs.

Location: Brooklyn, NY (Onsite)

Pay Range: $50.00-$55.00 Per HR

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care and health support to ACT participants
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team
Support participants with medication management, health monitoring, and care coordination
Maintain accurate documentation using basic computer systems
Utilize online resources for clinical research and care support as needed

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Comfort using basic computer software and internet-based tools
Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
